This allows the PTS team and your business personnel to quickly analyze existing business processes, workflow, document flow and systems to develop a customized implementation plan.

Implementation plans address process design/redesign, work flow, document flow and system administration. Trainers employ an interactive training approach to rapidly familiarize your personnel with the features, functions and tools our technology provides, enabling full capture of the business benefits our solutions provide.

Training is provided for each module. PTS systems are designed to be intuitive, including on-line help and user guides, allowing users to quickly develop expertise in the software. The traditional 'train the trainer' approach is also supported.
