Project Management
A structured project management methodology ensures realization of maximum business benefits for clients. Projects are split into planned phases; Functional Requirements, Prototype, Design, Development, Unit Test, System and Acceptance Test, Deployment and Support. For each phase, deliverables and milestones are tracked to closure.

Business Function Point Analysis is used to estimate the work effort and arrive at realistic cost and time estimates. This scientific technique, coupled with extensive PTS experience, enables accurate projections of time frames and budgets.

In addition, PTS utilizes a customized project management portal as a value added service. Features include a repository for maintaining project documents, integration with Microsoft Project Plan, issue tracking, and release management.

Access to the portal is controlled using roles and membership. The portal is based on ITIL guidelines, and leverages a vast library of project templates and tools.
